Radovan

Captured in its own net,
the devilish spider.
Killed without remorse,
lonely in its own cruelty.

Hid its mask too well
among the ignorant.
It laughed at its hunters
who never saw its hiding-place.

But when it lost its sting,
it took refuge in its own darkness.
Hid itself from the servant of light
and cursed its uselessness.

But now it is captured, behind bars
in the castle of the elven-king.
And it will drown in the tears of its enemy
and forever be remembered through its cruelty.

  1. Interesting comparison :) What inspired you to write about him?

  2. I'm reading this book called "Ethnic conflict and religion", and one of the chapters deals with the Bosnian War, and since I was there (Mostar) in 2007, I have found a strong interest in the area, its history, culture and literature.
And this is my way to deal with this cruel and evil man. I sincerely hope they catch Ratko Mladic too...there is no excuse for the atrocities that were committed during this war
